Resumen

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la influencia del acompañamiento pedagógico por el equipo de gestión en la mejora de la calidad educativa del segundo ciclo, Tanda matutina del Centro Educativo Básico de MonteLlano, Distrito Educativo 11-01 de Sosúa, en el municipio Montellano, Provincia Puerto Plata, durante el período escolar 2015-2016.

El  estudio comienza con una revisión de la literatura científica acerca del acompañamiento pedagógico, las estrategias, los factores, los niveles de satisfacción e indicadores de calidad de un Centro Educativo. La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo de la investigación se asumió un enfoque cuantitativo, en la medida que los datos se obtuvieron por medio de cuestionarios, entrevistas y observaciones. Se centro un diseño no experimental de corte transversal-descriptivo, porque se realizó en un momento determinado, el año escolar 2015-2016 las informaciones fueron obtenidas de manera directa en el Centro Educativo y con los actores del proceso (Directora, Subdirectora, Coordinadora Pedagógica, Orientadora, Docentes y Estudiantes). Este estudio es esencialmente Documental, De Campo y Descriptivo.

Los resultados muestran que el equipo directivo (Directora, Subdirectora, Coordinadora Pedagógica y Orientadora) utiliza las siguientes estrategias de acompañamiento: Acompañamiento, Monitoreo, Supervisión y Seguimiento y Control; con una frecuencia mensual, muestra que el factor nivel de conocimiento que posee el docente sobre el acompañamiento pedagógico es adecuado; factores como: Tiempo en el aula, Planificación docente y aprovechamiento del tiempo en el aula; se cumplen por los /as docentes, otro factor como es el Rendimiento de los aprendizajes, se pudo evidenciar que estos han mejorado significativamente en los alumnos/as, traduciéndose esto en mejora del rendimiento académico de los/as alumnos. Por último, el factor Relaciones interpersonales, el estudio muestra que estas han mejorado. Aunque una cuarta parte de los/as docentes encuestados dijeron que esta no ha mejorado, muestra que el nivel de satisfacción de los/as docentes al momento de recibir un acompañamiento pedagógico ha mejorado positivamente su actitud, el trabajo es considerado como interesante y oportunidades de aprendizajes y las condiciones físico-ambientales son adecuadas, muestra que el Centro educativo objeto de este estudio posee los siguientes indicadores de calidad: Preparación docente en el área de educación, Estructura física adecuada, Materiales o Recursos necesarios para la pedagogía, Recursos humanos suficiente; en Aspectos pedagógicos poseen los documentos institucionales: El Proyecto Educativo de Centro (PEC), el Plan Operativo Anual (POA), el Proyecto Curricular de Centro (PCC). En lo concerniente a la dirección, la Directora del este Centro Educativo goza de un alto nivel de valoración. La Gestión administrativa y Académica, se cumple a cabalidad el horario de trabajo y existe un trabajo en equipo entre el equipo de gestión y los/as docentes para realizar todas las actividades del Centro Educativo; así como también para los trabajos de talleres, la disciplina, el control, asistencia y organización de eventos. Los Organismos de Participación y Representación tales como la Asociación de Padres Madres y Amigos de la Escuela (APMAE), la Junta de Centro, los Consejos de Curso y el Consejo Estudiantil existen y están funcionando activamente en este Centro Educativo. Esta investigación concluyó sosteniendo que el acompañamiento pedagógico por el equipo de gestión ejerce una influencia directa en la mejora a la calidad educativa de los procesos de aprendizaje de toda la comunidad educativa, en donde los mismos juegan un rol preponderante para la formación de los/as discentes del mañana.

Abstract

This research has as general objective to determine the influence of the pedagogical accompaniment by the management team in the improvement of the educational quality of the second cycle, Tanda matutina of the Basic Education Center of MonteLlano, Educational District 11-01 of Sosúa, in Montellano municipality, Puerto Plata Province, during the 2015-2016 school year.

The study begins with a review of the scientific literature on pedagogical accompaniment, strategies, factors, levels of satisfaction and quality indicators of an Educational Center. The methodology used for the development of the research was assumed a quantitative approach, to the extent that the data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews and observations. A cross-descriptive, non-experimental design was centered because the information was obtained directly at the Educational Center and with the actors of the process (Director, Assistant Director, Pedagogical Coordinator , Advisor, Teachers and Students). This study is essentially Documentary, Field and Descriptive.

The results show that the management team (Director, Assistant Director, Pedagogical Coordinator and Advisor) uses the following accompaniment strategies: Accompaniment, Monitoring, Supervision and Monitoring and Control; With a monthly frequency, shows that the factor level of knowledge that the teacher has on pedagogical accompaniment is adequate; Factors such as: Time in the classroom, Teaching planning and use of time in the classroom; Are fulfilled by the teachers, another factor is the Performance of the learning, it was evident that these have improved significantly in the students, which translates into an improvement of the academic performance of the students. Finally, the interpersonal relationships factor, the study shows that these have improved. Although a quarter of teachers surveyed said that this has not improved, shows that the level of satisfaction of teachers at the time of receiving a pedagogical accompaniment has positively improved their attitude, work is considered as interesting and opportunities for Learning and physical-environmental conditions are adequate, shows that the educational center object of this study has the following quality indicators: Teaching preparation in the area of ​​education, adequate physical structure, materials or resources needed for pedagogy, sufficient human resources; In Pedagogical aspects have the institutional documents: the Center Educational Project (PEC), the Annual Operational Plan (POA), the Center Curricular Project (PCC). Regarding the direction, the Director of this Educational Center enjoys a high level of evaluation. Administrative and Academic Management, the work schedule is fully complied with and there is a team work between the management team and the teachers to carry out all the activities of the Educational Center; As well as for workshops, discipline, control, attendance and event organization. Participation and Representation Agencies such as the Association of Parents and Friends of the School (APMAE), the Center Board, the Course Councils and the Student Council exist and are actively working in this Educational Center. This research concluded that the pedagogical accompaniment by the management team exerts a direct influence in the improvement to the educational quality of the learning processes of the whole educational community, where they play a preponderant role for the formation of the Students of tomorrow.

Resumen

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la influencia del acompañamiento pedagógico por el equipo de gestión en la mejora a la calidad educativa del segundo ciclo tanda matutina, del Centro Educativo Básico Montellano. El estudio comienza con una revisión de la literatura científica respecto al acompañamiento pedagógico, las estrategias y los factores de estos; así como también, el nivel de satisfacción del docente al recibir acompañamiento pedagógico y los indicadores de calidad de los Centros Educativos.

Este estudio tiene un enfoque de investigación cuantitativa, en donde se aplicaron encuestas a los alumnos/as, docentes y al equipo de gestión del Centro Educativo (Directora, Subdirectora, Coordinadora Pedagógica y Orientadora) se le aplicó una entrevista, basada en preguntas y respuestas abiertas. Los resultados muestran que el acompañamiento pedagógico ejerce una influencia positiva en la mejora a la calidad educativa, cuando este es realizado frecuentemente. Muestra que hay factores determinantes de los acompañamientos pedagógicos a los docentes para lograr la mejora en la calidad educativa, muestra los niveles de satisfacción de los docentes al recibir acompañamientos pedagógicos y los indicadores de calidad que posee en Centro educativo objeto de este estudio. Este estudio fue realizado en el Centro Educativo Básico Montellano, en el Segundo Ciclo Tanda Matutina en el año escolar 2015-2016 en el municipio de Montellano de la provincia Puerto Plata de la República Dominicana.

Influence of the Pedagogical Accompaniment by the Management Team in the Improvement to the Educational Quality of the Second Cycle Tanda Matutina, of the Basic Educational Center of Montellano, in the Period 2015-2016

Abstract

This research has as general objective to determine the influence of the pedagogical accompaniment by the management team in the improvement to the educational quality of the second cycle morning, of the Basic Educational Center Montellano. The study begins with a review of the scientific literature regarding the pedagogical accompaniment, the strategies and the factors of these; As well as the level of satisfaction of the teacher when receiving pedagogical accompaniment and the quality indicators of the Educational Centers.

This study has a quantitative research approach, where surveys were applied to the students, teachers and the management team of the Educational Center (Director, Assistant Director, Pedagogical and Orientation Coordinator) an interview was applied based on open questions and answers. The results show that the pedagogical accompaniment exerts a positive influence in the improvement to the educational quality, when this is done frequently. It shows that there are determinants of the pedagogical accompaniments to the teachers to achieve the improvement in the educational quality, shows the levels of satisfaction of the teachers when receiving pedagogic accompaniments and the indicators of quality that it possesses in the educational center object of this study. This study was carried out at the Montellano Basic Education Center, in the Second Cycle Tanda Matutina in the 2015-2016 school year in the municipality of Montellano in Puerto Plata province of the Dominican Republic.

Resumen

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la influencia de la WebQuest como recurso didáctico en el rendimiento académico en las clases del idioma extranjero francés de los alumnos del 1er. Grado sección F del bachillerato. El  estudio comienza con una revisión de la literatura científica respecto al origen y estructura de la WebQuest, así como también la importancia y beneficios de los medios y las tecnologías a la educación y la eficacia de el recurso didáctico objeto de estudio, la WebQuest. Luego se diseña y se pone en práctica una WebQuest, en donde se determinará el rendimiento antes, durante y después del uso de la WebQuest, el grado motivacional antes y después de su uso, se describirán las ventajas y desventajas del uso y se generará una propuesta de intervención didáctica para el profesorado; en donde basándonos en los resultados de esta investigación, explicamos paso a paso como crear una WebQuest para ponerla en marcha en las clases de francés, ir revisando y evaluando su progreso para aplicar las mejoras que se requieran y se alcancen los objetivos de auto aprendizaje significativo del mundo real el cual se ha de reflejar en los conocimientos, habilidades, competencias y destrezas logradas.

Este estudio tiene un enfoque de investigación cuantitativa, en donde se aplicaron encuestas a los alumnos y entrevista al profesor titular de la asignatura, más los resultados del Portafolio Digital durante el transcurso del uso de la WebQuest y posteriormente la evaluación individual a través de un examen por escrito; todos estos resultados fueron triangulados y analizados. Los resultados muestran que la WebQuest es un recurso didáctico muy efectivo para el logro del aprendizaje, incrementa el rendimiento académico en gran medida, así como también la motivación de los estudiantes, muestra que los estudiantes en sobre edad para el grado académico en el que se encontraron en este estudio no es un factor limitante para el logro de mejores rendimientos académicos, muestra el cambio de metodología didáctica que ha de emplear el profesor y las ventajas y desventajas que ofrecen las WebQuest en el salón de clases. Este estudio fue realizado en el Centro Educativo del Nivel Medio o Bachillerato Madre Teresa de Calcuta en el año escolar 2015-2016 en el municipio Montellano de la provincia Puerto Plata de la República Dominicana.

Abstract

This research has the general objective to determine the influence of the WebQuest as a teaching resource in academic performance in French foreign language class students of 1st. Section F baccalaureate degree. The study begins with a review of the scientific literature regarding the origin and structure of the WebQuest as well as the importance and benefits of media and technologies to education and the effectiveness of the teaching resource under study, the WebQuest. Then he designed and implemented a WebQuest, where the performance will be determined before, during and after use of the WebQuest, motivational before and after use, degree the advantages and disadvantages of using are described and generate a educational intervention proposal for teachers; where based on the results of this research, we explain step by step how to create a WebQuest to implement it in French classes, go reviewing and evaluating their progress to implement the improvements that are required and the objectives of self meaningful learning are achieved real world which must reflect the knowledge, skills, competencies and skills achieved.

This study has a focus on quantitative research, where students and interview surveys were applied to the professor of the course, plus the results of the Digital Portfolio during the course of using the WebQuest and then the individual assessment through an exam written; All these results were triangulated and analyzed. The results show that the WebQuest is a very effective teaching resource for learning achievement, increased academic performance greatly, as well as student motivation shows that students of age for the degree in which it found in this study is not a limiting factor for achieving better academic performance factor, shows the change in teaching methodology to be employed by the teacher and the advantages and disadvantages offered by WebQuest in the classroom. This study was conducted at the Education Center Middle School level or Mother Teresa of Calcutta in the 2015-2016 school year in the municipality Montellano of the Puerto Plata province of the Dominican Republic.

Resumen

La necesidad del desarrollo de competencias y habilidades para la vida; pero de manera dinámica e innovadora, ha llevado a la gran mayoría de docentes a utilizar la herramienta tecnológica llamada; WebQuest puesto que la misma, permite y fomenta la investigación, análisis y búsqueda de informaciones todas alojadas en la Web, en donde los alumnos desarrollan el potencial  cognitivo con la competencia de análisis y resolución de problemas de investigación con informaciones alojadas en toda la Web las cuales se deben depurar para dar respuestas a preguntas de investigaciones que surgen ante diferentes problemáticas; todo esto induce y conlleva a un esfuerzo mayor por la investigación de nuevos campos del conocimiento y del saber, logrando un aprendizaje significativo en los alumnos.

Este artículo tiene como objetivo: Desarrollar una metodología de trabajo áulico en donde se fomente los proyectos de investigación y búsquedas de informaciones para dar respuestas a problemáticas y situaciones de la vida cotidiana, mediante el uso de las Webquest. Identificar los medios y facilidades que ofrece esta herramienta, al ser implementada en el salón de clases. Indagar el nivel de integración de las WebQuest como  herramienta tecnológica  en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, su uso y beneficios en el área de la educación. Conocer los beneficios que proporcionan las webquests en los proyectos de investigación y su incidencia en el desarrollo de las competencias y habilidades cognitivas de los alumnos.

El mismo concluye sosteniendo que las WebQuests han llegado para propiciar y desarrollar cognitivamente la intelectualidad del alumno, solo con la motivación y ciertas pinceladas sobre lo que el docente pretende que sus alumnos descubran, puedan alcanzar y lograr, conduciéndolos  a la investigación, análisis y desarrollo de investigaciones; permitiéndoles el acceder a millones y millones de informaciones en la web, las cuales han de analizar, comprender, sintetizar, transformar, crear, valorar, entre otras actividades propias del desarrollo del intelecto del individuo; formando con ello los grandes hombres y mujeres analíticos y desarrolladores de ideas y proyectos de investigación.

Esto permite la creación de nuevos individuos con competencias y habilidades para la vida productiva e investigativa, fomentando con ello la iniciativa de búsqueda de respuestas y soluciones a problemas de investigaciones, desarrollando significativamente a la humanidad. Sin duda alguna que las WebQuests representan un avance y un logro al desarrollo intelectual y de las competencias en los alumnos, demostrando con ello que existen muchas herramientas tecnológicas, las cuales benefician rotundamente a la educación, trayendo consigo innovaciones en las prácticas pedagógicas de los docentes, facilitando la actualización y mejoras de las prácticas áulicas, permitiendo la formación a los docentes y alumnos sobre nuevas plataformas y entornos virtuales con fines educativos, fomentando las clases dinámicas e innovadoras y ante todo permitiendo y fomentando la investigación, análisis y búsqueda de datos e informaciones valiosas para dar respuestas a preguntas sin contestar ampliando y desarrollando las competencias y habilidades de los alumnos y alumnas en las escuelas.

Abstract

The need for skills development and life skills; but dynamic and innovative way, has led to the vast majority of teachers to use technology tool called; WebQuest since it allows and encourages research, analysis and search for information all housed on the Web, where students develop cognitive potential competition analysis and problem solving research hosted information across the Web the which must debug to give answers to questions that arise to research different problems; this induces and leads to a greater effort to research new fields of knowledge and learning, achieving meaningful learning in students.

This article aims: To develop a methodology of work courtly where research projects and search for information to respond to problems and situations of everyday life through the use of WebQuest is encouraged. Identify the means and facilities offered by this tool, to be implemented in the classroom. Investigate the level of integration of the WebQuest as a technological tool in the teaching-learning process, use and benefits in the area of ​​education. Knowing the benefits provided by WebQuests in research projects and their impact on developing skills and cognitive abilities of the students.

It concludes arguing that WebQuests have come to encourage and cognitively develop intellectuality student, alone with motivation and some hints about what the teacher wants its students to discover, to achieve and accomplish, leading to research, analysis and development research; allowing them access to millions of information on the web, which are to analyze, understand, synthesize, transform, create, evaluate, among other activities the development of the intellect of the individual; thereby forming the great men and women and developers analytical ideas and research projects.

This allows the creation of new individuals with competencies and skills for productive life and research, thereby promoting the initiative to search for answers and solutions to problems of research, significantly developing humanity. No doubt WebQuests represent progress and an achievement to intellectual development and skills in students, demonstrating that there are many technological tools, which benefit strongly to education, bringing innovations in teaching practices of teachers facilitating the updating and improvement of classroom practices, allowing training to teachers and students on new platforms and virtual environments for educational purposes, promoting dynamic and innovative classes and above all enabling and promoting research, analysis and data search and valuable information to give answers to questions unanswered expand and develop the skills and abilities of students in schools.

Resumen

En el mundo de hoy día la globalización económica obliga a las empresas a identificar y desarrollar nuevas herramientas que les permita diferenciarse y competir en respuesta a la dinámica cambiante del mercado. Los sistemas de información ofrecen la oportunidad de generar ventajas competitivas basadas en la rapidez y manejo de la información, permitiendo a las empresas tener un mayor control en sus operaciones, con unos costes muchos menores de lo que había sido posible hasta ahora. A través de los sistemas de información muchas empresas verán como incrementa su ventaja competitiva a medida que los usuarios tienen fácil acceso a la información 24 horas al día, 7 días a la semana.

Este estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, bibliográfico; puesto a que las informaciones obtenidas provienen de libros, revistas e internet. Es exploratoria, ya que se evalúa la importancia de los sistemas de información en la industria de la construcción en las áreas de mercadotecnia y contabilidad para la empresa Kuky Silverio Industrial. Es un estudio de campo en el que se utilizó como universo los usuarios de los sistemas de información de la empresa Kuky Silverio Industrial cuyos instrumentos aplicados fueron cuestionarios y entrevistas.

Los resultados muestran que el 80% de los beneficios percibidos por la empresa Kuky Silverio Industrial dependen de sus sistemas de información, ya que esta herramienta le permita a la empresa disminuir tiempo y costes en sus operaciones, mantener a la vanguardia y además ofrecer a sus clientes servicios agiles y atractivos. La empresa ha obtenido mayor eficiencia en sus empleados. Se determinó  que los empleados tienen un gran nivel de confiabilidad y los conocimientos  necesarios para la realización de las operaciones con el uso de estos sistemas de información. Los gerentes de la empresa en cuestión sostienen, que los sistemas de información son una herramienta segura para la administración de las informaciones de la empresa; pero sus empleados no se sienten seguro con la confidencialidad que brindan estos para salvaguardar los proyectos  de la empresa.

El estudio concluyó que la estrategia utilizada por la empresa para invertir en sistemas de información modernos son las adecuadas por la gerencia, puesto a que el 80% de los encuestados dicen que estos brindan un mejor servicio a sus clientes y que se lograron los beneficios económicos proyectados y planeados en un tiempo establecido por la gerencia, produciendo mayor rendimiento en sus operaciones y a las tomas de decisiones correctas en el tiempo preciso, teniendo en cuenta la veracidad de las informaciones y los resultados obtenidos como son: rentabilidad, solidez, desarrollo de recursos humanos y el posicionamiento de la empresa en el ámbito competitivo.

Abstract

In today's world of economic globalization requires companies to identify and develop new tools that allow them to differentiate and compete in response to changing market dynamics. Information systems offer the opportunity to generate based on speed and information management competitive advantages, allowing companies to have more control in their operations, with costs much lower than had been possible until now. Through information systems as many companies will increase their competitive advantage as users have easy access to information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This study is a quantitative, bibliographic approach; put that information obtained come from books, magazines and internet. It is exploratory, since the importance of information systems in the construction industry in the areas of marketing and business accounting for Kuky Silverio Industrial evaluated. It is a field study in which users of information systems Kuky Silverio Industrial Company whose instruments used were questionnaires and interviews were used as universe.

The results show that 80% of the profits earned by the company Kuky Silverio Industrial depend on their information systems, as this tool will allow the company to reduce time and costs in their operations, keep at the forefront and also offer its customers agile and attractive services. The company has achieved greater efficiency in their employees. It was determined that employees have a high level of reliability and expertise needed to carry out operations with the use of these information systems. The managers of the company in question argue that information systems are a safe tool for managing information of the company; but their employees do not feel safe with the confidentiality provided by these projects to safeguard the company.

The study concluded that the strategy followed by the company to invest in modern information systems are adequate by management, given that 80% of respondents say that they provide better service to their customers and that the economic benefits were achieved designed and planned in a time set by management, resulting in increased performance in their operations and take the right decisions at the right time, taking into account the accuracy of the information and results as: profitability, solidity, resource development human and positioning the company in the competitive arena.
